Synopsis
I played a key role in developing a successful strategy to improve GrabFin’s usage among Indonesian driver-partners by addressing trust issues and financial anxiety. My notable contributions? Two innovative features:
🚀 Loan Simulator + Bahasa Voiceover – A simple tool that helps drivers visualise loan terms in their native language. Expected to slash application drop-offs by 30% and boost completions by 8%.
🏆 BoostMyScore Badge: A bite-sized module in financial education, accompanied by perks such as cashback offers! It is projected to attract 20% more users and cut defaults by 18%.
The result? A blueprint to:
✓ 2X adoption in 5 years (33% → 60%)
✓ 15% higher driver retention
